Offset printing has a front-end cost—plates must be made before a single card is printed—which makes very short runs more cost-effective on digital printing. But that cost is fixed regardless of quantity, so as the run gets larger the unit cost on offset drops, while digital stays roughly flat per card. That crossover is the real reason to choose offset: it is not automatically "better," it is the right choice once quantity and color accuracy matter more than getting the smallest possible run out the door quickly.
Another genuine reason to choose offset is color accuracy against a fixed brand color. If a business card needs to print using the Pantone Matching System, offset gives the closest match because it uses actual Pantone ink, mixed to the specific color. Digital printing instead simulates the color using a four-color (CMYK) process, which can shift slightly from the true Pantone shade. For business printing to a specific, established brand color, that difference is often the main reason to choose offset over digital.
Sixteen card stocks are available, split into two groups. The textured stocks Conqueror Rives Tradition, Conqueror Rives Design, Conqueror Contour Brilliant White, Conqueror Brilliant White Laid, Conqueror Diamond White Laid, Conqueror Stone Marque White, and Opale Linen Textured, give a genuine tactile surface, felt and seen, suited to a card meant to read as premium and considered. The smooth stocks, Conqueror Diamond White Wove, Conqueror CX22 Diamond White Wove, Conqueror Ice Gold, Conqueror Ice Silver, Conqueror Brilliant White, Britannia Smooth Bright White, Ivory White Dutch and Ivory White Polar, give a clean, flat surface that suits solid color and fine detail more predictably than a textured stock does.

Offset printing on this page uses actual Pantone ink rather than simulating the color digitally, which is what gives it the closest possible match to a specified Pantone shade. Fluorescent Pantone colors and metallic colors other than Gold Pantone 872 and Silver Pantone 877 carry an additional charge, since those inks fall outside the standard offset color set and require special preparation. A reasonable variation, up to 10% of the selected Pantone or CMYK value, is considered acceptable print quality, since exact color reproduction can vary slightly between print runs and between screen and finished card.

Established businesses with a fixed, already-defined brand color order offset cards specifically for the Pantone ink match, where a CMYK approximation on digital printing would not be close enough. Businesses wanting a card that feels different in the hand, textured rather than smooth, can choose from eight textured stocks for a more tactile, considered result. Larger teams and companies ordering in the hundreds or low thousands benefit from offset’s lower per-unit cost at that volume, while a small individual reorder suits a digital card.
Printing and finishing are completed in-house at our Al Qusais facility, with a standard turnaround of 3–5 working days plus one day for delivery, provided artwork is submitted before 11:00 am; add-on finishes require additional days. Round corners cost AED 35 extra per 500 cards, and embossing costs AED 150 extra, giving the card a raised, tactile finish. Delivery covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and the wider GCC.
