In some parts of the Middle East, mainly Saudi Arabia and the Arabian Gulf region, abaya is worn as an outer garment.
It is generally long-sleeved, floor-length with variation in style over the years.
The abaya may be worn over the head, but it commonly opens in the front, with snaps, a zipper, or overlapping layers to close.
The sleeves are made from the same fabric as the body and are not sewn on separately. The abaya can be worn with other apparel, such as a Sheila to cover the hair.
We supply your custom design printed in either cut-piece or an entire fabric roll depending on the quantity requirement.
